retreat to adventure + ground

the opportunity to retreat in community is a gift. i'd love to have you join for Pedal, Paddle & Pause July 18-20th

Summer is coming and I know you need more than just a vacation where you can “relax” and “chill.”

Let’s be real. Lately, you’ve been holding:

  • A perpetual case of the Sunday scaries (yes, even on a Wednesday) knowing that tomorrow you’ll be entering another day filled with exceptional uncertainty that is testing you more than you ever thought possible.

  • Feeling fed up that your body and the stories of your ancestors and beloved friends and community members are questioned, threatened and undermined.

  • The confusion of loneliness, as you deeply crave to be part of a community of compassionate, game for adventure soul-sisters.

I live in Washington, DC, so I know all these things and much more you are confronting on a daily basis.

The reality is that I cannot take away these pains. But here’s what I can do to support you :

  • Build immersive experiences that guide you to say YES to life, release your metaphorical pressure valve and reconnect to your strength and inner wisdom.

  • Create spaces where your body and stories are seen and heard and where you are actively encouraged as a woman to take up space and ask for what you need.

  • Generate a community that is rooted in connection and authenticity, where you feel alive and ready to lean into connection, adventure and play with other rad women.

If you’re an outdoorsy woman who is ready to navigate the turbulent waters of today rooted in your well-being, then join Circle and Spoke for a retreat where you are going to come away grounded in your resilience and a sisterhood of compassionate, adventurous souls.

Circle and Spoke invites you to join us July 18-20th for Pedal, Paddle and Pause in Ohiopyle, Pennsylvania.

You’ll cycle away from this retreat:

  • Feeling grounded and recharged through nature, community, whitewater rafting and biking.

  • Connected to new gal pals that are collectively ready to tap into their adventurous, outdoorsy energy and excited to connect and go out and explore!

  • Ready to integrate tools to help you slow down and destress in and out of the bike saddle.

  • In deeper relationship to yourself and others through authentic sharing and reflection.

So let the river of life guide you to greater play, connection and rootedness this July by joining us for a whitewater and biking adventure in the heart of beautiful Ohiopyle, just 3 hours north of DC and one hour south of Pittsburgh.
